I was so embarrassed to post this, but you know what we all start somewhere! I didn’t realize that I carried most of my weight in my face and stomach. The picture on the left was 5 years ago when I was eating whatever I wanted when I wanted. I knew nothing about nutrition and didn’t realize how Important it was. I would go to the gym but only 2-3x times a week and would only do cardio because I didn’t know how to lift weights. I was scared and didn’t want to make a fool out of myself. It wasn’t until I completely changed my diet that I realized just how important nutrition was. Then I slowly started incorporating weights and less cardio. That’s when I started seeing results. Nutrition is literally 90% and working out is 10%. The sad truth is that working out will only help you to maintain your weight. Watching what you eat is when you will start to see progress! Fill Out The Application
First step is to fill out the application on the next page. As you go through and answer the question honestly. This will help to determine if I am the right person to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals!
Next we will get on the phone for about 45 minutes (NO charge) and get crystal clear on 3 very important things:
✔️Where your health and fitness level are currently at.
✔️What obstacles are preventing you from reaching your ideal weight.
✔️And how you can begin losing fat right away – and continue losing each week – until you’re at your ideal weight and enjoying the good health and happiness you deserve
from there we will move into phase 2 & 3.
PHASE 2:
Together, we will create a custom-tailored plan that works perfectly for YOU (not just anyone, but YOU specifically)
After the call, if we both decide we're a good fit for working together, we’ll create a step-by-step weight loss plan that is tailored to your personal preferences, your schedule, and any challenges or special requests you have.
Losing 25, 50, and even getting a booty will happen faster than you can imagine… and once it does, it will completely change the way you look and feel.
